Our horizontal integration model — combining Elite Engineering, Hijaz Holding, and Bilad Asham — allows us to control quality, reduce complexity, and minimize risk across all phases of development. This unified approach ensures that every aspect of a project is aligned, efficient, and built to the highest standards.

We also maintain strategic relationships across the value chain, giving us greater flexibility and control over materials, equipment, and specialized competencies. Our safety program is built on two decades of hands-on experience, rigorous training, advanced site protocols, and a deep culture of accountability. From executive leadership to field operations, safety is embedded into every task, every team, and every project we undertake.

We align our practices with ISO 45001:2018 standards, implement real-time site monitoring, and conduct regular internal audits across all subsidiaries. Our systems are designed not only to protect — but to continuously improve.
